Explore Wisely CANCELLATION
To make it transparent and in order to avoid any misunderstanding on the part of customer and TripPact, we present this cancellation policy document which will be applicable on the bookings made with TripPact.
No matter how well we plan, unavoidable circumstances at times make us change/cancel our travel bookings. Though we would like to take a considerate view on rescheduling /cancellation of your booking made with us but given hotel, airline and other supplier limitations, and the kind of industry we operate in, we are obligated to charge the cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy below:
Flight Tickets Cancellation Fee
1. In case of cancellation/date change of flight tickets, respective airline’s cancellation policy will apply
2. Our Cancellations and Alterations Policies vary by Service and/or Trip sold. They are viewable in writing prior to purchase via email delivered to the purchaser. If those are unclear, please talk to one of our agents at the time of sale or at any other time prior to purchase.
Important: All bookings of airline tickets, & vacation packages are non-refundable generally unless specifically described otherwise. Any alteration, transfer, or cancellation relating to airfare, or dynamic packages (flight + hotel) which affect the booked flight(s), will involve charges up to the price of the air tickets bought including, without limitation, all fees, taxes, and charges. All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:
3. Lowest Fare Promise: In the unlikely event that you find a lower fare on any other U.S.based website within 4 hours of booking with TripPact, we will credit or refund you the difference. Should you contact us after 4 hours but no later than 24 hours, we will give you a US$50.00 discount on your future booking at TripPact. Hotel Booking Cancellation Fee
1. In case of cancellation/date change of hotel booking, respective hotel’s cancellation policy will appl1.
2. Apart from the respective hotel’s cancellation charges, TripPact charges an amount of $10 per room for domestic and $20 per room for international.
Holiday Packages Cancellation Fee
1. 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
2. 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
3. Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
